Terms of Sales

  1. Payment & Dispatch: Physical items are dispatched within 5 business days of cleared payment. Digital deliverables are provided upon payment and are non-refundable.

  2. Shipping & Insurance: Orders ship via Royal Mail or DHL with full tracking provided. Any transit damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. In the rare event a parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, Bartola will promptly issue a full refund or dispatch a replacement unit.

  3. Import Fees: The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, VAT, or import fees levied by the destination country.

  4. Returns Policy: Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund at the buyer’s expense. For items that arrive defective or develop a manufacturing fault within the first 6 months, Bartola will provide a repair, replacement, or refund and cover all return shipping costs. Faults reported after 6 months will be handled under our standard warranty repair process (see link below)

  5. Jurisdiction:These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
