Refunds and Exchange Policy
Change of Mind
Purchases: Returns are supported for items purchased directly from the Bartola Instruments shop only. Items purchased via resellers are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Period: You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging.
Condition: Items must be in original, “as-new” condition.
To avoid issues, please refer to the “What We Don’t Cover” section in Warranty regarding hardware modifications and cosmetic damage (such as “rack rash”).
Cost: Return shipping and insurance are at the buyer’s expense.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Reporting: Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Initial 6 Months: If a manufacturing fault develops within 6 months, Bartola Instruments provides a repair, replacement, or refund and covers all standard return shipping costs.
After 6 Months: Faults reported after the initial 6-month period are handled under our standard warranty repair process.
Warranty Support
All Bartola Instruments hardware is covered by a 2-year limited warranty, which includes our unique “Military Grade” Tube Pledge.

International Returns: If returning an item for repair from outside the UK, please ensure the package is clearly marked as “Returned Goods – Relief Claimed” to avoid unnecessary import duties.
Digital Products
Digital deliverables (software, firmware expansions, etc.) are provided immediately upon payment and are non-refundable.
